I've been working for more than 3 years now and I still feel confused as to when and how could I distinguish if I am working better now compared to my previous job.
Our country manager was so particular about work performance, I guess. Of course, If I would handle a business I would rather want to produce a high quality performance in all aspects. He was really different among all the Managers that I've worked with. He's too smart and very friendly with his subordinates.
I'm writing these things not to talked about my work performance but on how our Country Manager handles the entire company with thousands of workers. In fact, he kept on sending us an encouragement emails . And here is one of my favorite emails that he sent to us few days back. It's simple yet meaningful. Maybe he's using these tips on his job and that's not a bad thing because these made him so effective in managing his company.

Actually, we cannot deny the fact that we are already doing these things but we just don't know that we are already doing them. These only remind us that we should continue applying those that we are already doing and try to work on those that we don't have yet.
