Summer is Almost Near!

Summer season is one of the most exciting season for almost all of us. It means time to spend for a vacation,time to amuse and get rid of heavy workloads at the office, time to escape from pressure and time to relax and just enjoy!!

When we heard of the word summer, everyone would think going to beach and swim a lot. I, myself would also think the same. :) The best beach wh

ich I'm really craving to go to is BORA. I've never been to Boracay ever since. I do have plans to go there with my partner but time won't allow us for certain reasons.

There was one time, I saw myself dreaming about Boracay. Playing with a very refined white sand and building my own castle on it. I also dreamed about doing surfing together with huge and gigantic waves. Buying souvenirs is also part of my activity if I'm gonna be there and most importantly, the thing that of course, I wouldn't wanna miss is taking lots of pictures. Through those pictures, I can treasure the good memories of this wonderful place.

Tips on How to Work Better!

I've been working for more than 3 years now and I still feel confused as to when and how could I distinguish if I am working better now compared to my previous job.

Our country manager was so particular about work performance, I guess. Of course, If I would handle a business I would rather want to produce a high quality performance in all aspects. He was really different among all the Managers that I've worked with. He's too smart and very friendly with his subordinates.

I'm writing these things not to talked about my work performance but on how our Country Manager handles the entire company with thousands of workers. In fact, he kept on sending us an encouragement emails . And here is one of my favorite emails that he sent to us few days back. It's simple yet meaningful. Maybe he's using these tips on his job and that's not a bad thing because these made him so effective in managing his company.

Just 10 simple things with great impact on your performance as an employee. Actually, we cannot deny the fact that we are already doing these things but we just don't know that we are already doing them. These only remind us that we should continue applying those that we are already doing and try to work on those that we don't have yet.

Worry Less. Smile More.

While I'm browsing my outlook, I found this wonderful picture with a simple words on it. Few words that means a lot.

I'm just wondering what if all the people on Earth would learn to apply these simple yet very powerful words? I think there would be no more negative vibes at all because even though we are going through a lot of trials, we're just gonna smile to them ( trials) and let God work for it.!

I came to the office early in this morning for my boss requested me to do so. Anyways, it's not a big deal for me though if I came an hour early from my regular shift.

I have a very close friend whom I used to greet every morning. We were both working on the same company. Me and Yan treated her as one of our best girlfriends. In fact, I was really inspired by her simplicity in life. She served as my listerner , adviser, critic, and many more. She's so good in and out.

God knows how good her heart is. And I know He will give her more and overflowing blessings in life especially a genuine happiness that she's always asking for. And we will pray for that! :)

I am happy that we met here and became part of our lives.

Thank you for being a piece of our good memory.. You know who you are :)

Tax!! Tax!! Tax!!!

This day is gonna be my last day of the week.

I got an almost 8 hours of sleep .

I arrived in the office earlier than my shift.

I was doing my usual routines in the office until one of my colleagues asked me to check if I would be entitled for a tax refund or am I going to pay my tax due. I sent an email to the Payroll Department until I finally got the answer... " Yes Sir you have a tax due amounting to P9,020 and it's gonna be deducted on your pay on an installment basis"!!

Woooooooooooah!!! I was shocked because it almostt reached 10k. I felt sad and obviously I can't deny that because almost all of them have a tax refund.

Until now, even while I'm writing this, I felt so lonely that I would have to adjust again and have to become more frugal in the next few months.....

Thank GOD because eventhough I had this very bad day, I guess, HE still made me calm at I can still feel the peace in my head as if nothings bad happened today.
